BMC Airfilters

Has anyone tried a BMC CDA Airfilter on their Vito/V-class??
I'm looking at fitting one and from what I read from their website, they sound fairly good.
www.bmcairfilters.com Product code for the airfilters that fit the Vito's is CDA70-150

RE: BMC Airfilters

i fitted an aftermarket filter, not bmc to my vito , but had to take it off after a couple of miles, the induction roar was horrible, not sure if this one would be the same.

RE: BMC Airfilters

Was it a similar design to what's in the pic, or did you fit a K&N or similar panel filter to the original airbox? Also is your's a Turbo deisel??
Mine is a 2.0l petrol, so I may not get the same "intake roar" as a turbo......

RE: BMC Airfilters

It was similar in the sence it was a cone with a mock carbon plastic surround , i think their more suited to the boy racer brigade who like noise,i also fitted an induction kit to my mazda rx7 with the same result "NOIIIIISSSSSE", so i took it off too, mines a non turbo diesel by the by.[xx(]
