Rubber Tire/Tracked Mogs (406, 411, 421)

I'll let someone whom reads/speaks/types the language to translate it, rather than me Google translate butchering it.

I'd say judging by the fact that all the lug nuts all all 3 wheels are in the exact same spot, and no visible drive lines, or suspension linkage for the axles. Thats is not a real truck.

But I could be wrong.

Here we go:

"This deals with a tracked vehicle as with the already shown models U411 and U421. The conversion was performed by the company "SCHMIDT" from St. Blasien. The fuel tank was stowed on the Pritsche. The base model was a U406. The photos are from 1968"

Sounds like there were more pics.

Here is a tracked vehicle such as in the previously shown models U411 and U421. The conversion was made by Fima Schidt in St. Blaise, the tank was placed on the platform. Basic model was a U406. The pictures were taken from 1968

I thought it was going to be a Mattracks thread. Quite pleasantly surprised!

Oh, here's a picture I saw at a welding shop; a guy made a skid loader type of dealie out of old tractor tires.
