bumper

hi guys
today i start fabricating the bumper and winch back plate cause my boss was't there (my wife ) so i had some time to do it just have a look pic and give some comments

That waterjet takes all the fun out of fabrication!!! (Green with envy my brother!!)

So, how did you roll the plate stock and get that nice radius on the front? Massive slip roll? I don't see any hammer marks...

Top notch work! I assume this will match the body lines well. Be sure to post a photo when you bolt it up.

BTW - I really like the fog light holes in my stock bumper. They are the perfect size to insert a boot when you need to climb into the engine bay!!
