The springs look an awful lot like the internal ` helper' springs on the back of my 406.

The bumper is made of rubber and is 140 mm X 80 mm from the description, got a midget Mog Coach?

Springs and helpers...not for a 406 , these are for the 435 type, mainly, but you can get a size reference, anyway.
