Cool ML320 2003 speaker stopped sounding

My ML320 2003 speaker stopped sounding right after I changed my Battery.
I believe there must be some sort of rechargeable fuse or a Relay related to the Speakers amplifier somewhere-- by the way before sound-goes off I hear a "Click" sound from where the CD changer is. However, I drove the car for two days and the sound did not come back.

I went back and disconnected the battery and then put +cable back wow the sound came back. Drove it another three days and sound went OFF again (Click sound from CD changer). Again disconnected the battery and connected again the sound came back. This in electronics means I do reset something by disconnecting and connecting +cable on battery...but that something goes back to its faulty status and causes this to happens and faulty status comes back after while and disables the speakers.

But the good news is that the speakers and amplifiers are fine and the thing goes OFF is the protection. I believe by changing the battery I damaged the protection mechanism or some amplifier related relay or fuse or something that is causing this issue. I'm an electronic engineer and love to figure out and fix things like this, but the damn time and my kids won't let me conduct the troubleshooting.. when I'm home.,.. LOL
