We have owned a number of MB (280SL, 380D, 190E, C230, 2 - 560SLs, and 2 - SL500s). Steve and his crew at AEA have taken care of all of them. They have been phenomenal! When the BenzWord family recommended an extended warranty on our SL500s, AEA helped us pick one out that they found to be the best to work with (authorizing repairs with the least amount of grief!). They spend time explaining things to you (if you ask) and recently allowed us to use them as a reference when we sold our '87 560SL. They even offered to let us put up pictures in their office or park it on their lot during the day. . . for no charge to us!

They make us feel like part of the family. They are not cheap, but not as expensive as the stealership either. To be truthful, I don't expect "cheap" when dealing with a quality car like MB, just reasonable costs and great service. That's what we get at AEA!

Took car in for inspection and to find out what was causing the sluggishness at stop lights. They took a diagnostic fee and did not tell me anything I did not know already. They where unable to explain to me why the car was not running right. I felt ripped off, I felt they where unprofessional, and dismissive. Did not take the time to explain to me what they did nor what they found or did not find. I would avoid taking my car to this place. When you drive a Benz you expect the a shop who specializes in repairing them to be more professional and not waste your time or money. I do not recommend them.
