They are bothers with each having 20+ years of M-B work behind them.
Honestly these guys are the greatest! As far as an Independent shop I put them at the top of my list because of ther fare labor prices, and they will allow you to bring your own parts and not punish you for it.
They are a pleasure to work with and have great customer service skills. Michael is the more talkative. They also have one other guy that really knows his stuff as well.
A shop has a total of three lifts and they can do it all and more. Yes, they do have a M-B STAR Diagnostic Service System (SDS) software on a laptop to conect to your 38 PIN adapter. So they can read, erase, and reset diagnostic trouble codes (DTC's) so that your Roadster Soft Top (RST) is working like new again. BTW, it takes one of these systems to reset a RST after MY 96.
I usually call and set an advance appointment, drive 20 min. to see them, wait for the work to be done, and I'm never dissapointed in the quality of work.
BTW, I have no affiliation with them and stand to gain nothing from giviing them a good review for the multiple times they have done work on my 2000 SL500.
