I have heard bad stories about this shop directly from owners of cars that have been there, but have never used this shop personally.

Central really is the best. I've been taking my cars there for 10 years. The owner (Bob Parker) is extremely knowledgeable, meticulous, and ethical. He really loves and appreciates MBs. Have some great personal stories to tell about this shop.. if you want more details to solidify the referral, happy to discuss over PM.

Known Phillip the owner of World Class in Crestline for 30+ years and he has always been honest and fair with me.
We have a long history from the old Pontiacs we both have owned and love. Both of us have owned some quite rare and brutally and fast Pontiacs over the years. We lost touch for a few and and then reconnected over the Benz stuff a few years ago.
Phil has helped a few times with my cars when I was stumped trying to diagnose something like on my 95 420 with just a blink tester.
