I second Eurospec... Thought about German Motor Werks and Skyland but both got vetoed due to price.... They where excellent working with me and very helpful (considering the mass amount of confusion going on around me).. I like they noted in grease pencil the dates and such for what the serviced.... Car was clean and it was a good experiance..

They even told me things that I thought I needed, didn't apply to my car and saved me about $500

I really like Eurospec. They are honest and do good work. They have worked on both of my 00 and 03 S430s and will shortly be taking my ML to them

I have to say that GARY'S Automotive did a great job. I bought them my 91 350SD with most of the parts in the trunk (PO started taking it apart to replace the IP). Todd quoted me a price for parts and labor and they stuck to the price. I spent a lot of money close to 4000 to replace the head and a few other jobs and could not be any happier. Since I am a retired service manger (GM, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ford, Honda) I do know how some shops will try to rip people off and blow smoke up there butts to make money. I feel that Gary's did a great job in there quality of work and there time that they would spend with the customer to make sure everyone is on the same page. I will keep on using Gary's on the items that I cant fix, but I still like to do most of the stuff on my own car. I have things that I like to do a certain way, but that is just the way I am

I have no experience with Gary's or German Motorwerks, but my experience with Eurospec has been excellent and I strongly recommend them. Most recently their replacement of the drag link on my 560SEC and balancing by a shop (not here) of my wheels on a Hunter GSP 9700 balancing machine by a technician recommended by the area service rep. for Hunter did the job. I had previously had the balancing done four times by different shops without success.

I've heard good about Eurospec, too.

I guess I stick with a bunch of guys that are actually glad to see me when I drop by.

I think that Gary's son will take the business far. Gary looks like he's not stressing.

Thanks for the comment. I like hearing about different shops.
