Cliff Wolf. Cliff was at the dealership for nearly 30 years before he opened up his own shop. He takes care of all of my MBZ autos. I highly recommend him. Extremely honest.

Looks like Cliff is out in Mitchellville: Clifford L Wolf - Mitchellville, Iowa

Beckley Auto on the north side of downtown Des Moines is also a pretty good shop.

There is also PT Service in Clive. Talk to Tom @ 282-5114. His garage is just west of The Woodsmith Store on Hickman (not far from European) and in the same building as Ziebart (opposite end). Kinda hard to miss if you drive back there because there will be about 10 Mercs sitting outside.

I am a brand new MB owner and I live in Muscatine, Iowa, 52761...which is right on the Mississippi River, and just across the Illinois border. I only see service representatives in Des Moines, IA and that is a good 3 hour+ drive. I also see one in Peoria, IL with is about the same drive.

Does anyone know if there is anybody in or near the Quad Cities (52804) or Iowa City 52401) area that would you would reccommend? I have to fix the part that keeps the noise/wind away from the sunroof, it was broken when I bought it. Also, just very interested in finding someone I can use regulary to keep my Benz in the best shape possible.

Thank you for your time, Wendy

Steve Pelham works wonders.
Lately doing a lot of restoration, but has done repair work (including transmission rebuild)
on various cars for us over the years.
