Glastonbury Foreign

We've used them for as long as I've been in town, overall very pleased. They've serviced our Land Cruiser, Passat and Boxster, the latter of which we still own. Service on all those has been generally great - they are very up front with costs and at times will not charge for odds and ends*. They will not install any owner supplied parts, though I suspect that's pretty common (they call it insurance stipulation, I call it that + markup)

Only underwhelming experience has been with our Boxster, which has some mods. That being the case, I asked for a custom alignment w/ specs far outside the factory settings and they've never gotten that right. For that I'll be sending the car back to a specialist in South Windsor.

They have not serviced our MB yet but we've only owned it for a month...

* I brought a buddy there to have the tranny on his Passat checked - they pulled the pan, inspected, etc... and didn't charge him at all. Call it a referral or setting the groundwork for a future customer, either way it was a classy move.
