Why no real technical forums?

How come there are not technical forums where we can discuss troubleshooting, repair, parts selection, etc. Not all of us want to limit our Benz-work to waxing.

I've seen plenty of tech discussion and wax recommendations here. Just search around a bit.

First, welcome to the board. You might want to fill out your profile so we can know where to aim you to the best technical advice.

Since I don't know what vehicle you have I can only say that most of the subforums have plenty of technical discussion, from complete rebuild and restoration help to performance enhancement and interior work. Depending on what vehicle you have, you will get different levels of tech. As an example the ML folks are not as tech focused as the 300E W124 folks. The AMG folks are more Performance oriented than most and the 560SEL W126 folks cover EVERYTHING.
