I don't know if the SW will allow it but it would be great if new user's could be queried for the make, model and year of their vehicle at registration. I don't mean give them a chance to go to their profile (they're in too much of a hurry to post their problem) -- I mean MAKE them supply it to finish the registration process.
It would save like 50 zazillion electrons per day not to mention endless requests to supply the information and time wasted on providing help that really doesn't apply.
