I am hoping to gather some facts supporting the general belief that the quality of service offered by MB (UK) dealers consistantly falls short of customer expectations.
With some reluctance I think I'll be driven to write to the CEO at MB, Germany outlining my customer experience to date whilst awaiting to factory collect my first MB, an R171 SLK55AMG in June 2007.
