Here's the spare tire kit I put together for my Smart Car (for newbies, Smart's don't come with spare tires, jacks, lugwrench or runflat tires).
This consists of wheel and tire premounted from Tirerack, aluminum jack from a VW Passat at salvage yard and mr lugnut collapsible wrench from Walmart and a 15mm deep socket (Smart uses a size lugnut for which no lugwrench exists). I can fit the jack and lugwrench in the back of the wheel and it all slips nicely into my custom bag from the Bag Lady (njbaglady.com).
