Unobtanium. I doubt very much that such a thing exists. The blue dashes in particular were quite prone to cracking, even in temperate climates with minimal sun exposure.
If you even were lucky enough to find an NOS one it might well be cracked already.
Have you considered having your dash rebuilt? It can be done and the results are pretty good. I suspect it would cost as much or less than what an uncracked dash would if you could find one, since just about everyone knows they're pretty much nonexistent.
Thanks. The rebuilt ones I have seen don't seem to have that nice smooth clean hard look of the originals... but it's always difficult to tell online what the actual quality is. Is there anyone out there who restores these so they are indistinguishable from the originals?
You can buy a black dashboard and paint it blue with SEM "Shadow Blue" 15043 color coat paint. I just painted a set of W126 door panels and they turned out great.
