The car has 396K and there is no reason that it won't go another. It has been fully checked over and the engine and transmission are in great shape and well maintained. I have owned the car for almost 8 years. I did a complete refurbishment of the car. I don't know how many previous owners. The car was purchased at Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring and has been in the DC area all of its life from what I can gather. There is no rust on the car. The underside was sealed and rust proofed as a protective measure. The title is clean and I am not aware of any accidents that occurred in the cars past. Everything works. It has plenty of power and gets great fuel economy. It is a safe and reliable car. I am selling it because I am losing my parking spot and don't have a place to put an extra car.
For those that are caught up on the miles, remember that causation does not equal correlation. The vehicle has been well-maintained and serviced. I entered it in a german car show this past Sunday and the mechanicals and engine were judged by a an older German Mercedes trained technician who worked on these cars in his prime. He went over everything and couldn't find one issue except that I was missing a few plastic tie down clamps for wires. He gave the car a big thumbs up.
