If you are looking for a replacement to match your existing wheels, part # from the back of rim is critical.

Cool Let the festivities begin

OK...here we go...rims, spacers & lug bolts oh my

Good luck finding 4 AMG's in decent shape for $600. $600 each & you'll be fine. Check e-bay you might get lucky.

First thing to do is decide on what size rim (height & width) you want. Staggered or all the same? I'm guessing you'll want 17" or 18 " rims w/ 8-8.5" front - 8-9.5" rear

Figure out a tire size that will work best for the rims.
Then understand what range of offsets will fit the SL in that rim size.

Lots of info here on all that...+ you need to READ,READ & READ some more.

Then the best part....LUG BOLTS!! Don't get me started on lug bolts
Again....READ, READ, READ & READ some more!!

Ask questions as you go & you'll figure it out

That is why you need to do what Ad Man suggested.

AMG RIMS NEEDED FOR R129 $ 600-imageuploadedbyautoguide1461891630.313083.jpg

I've got three w211 fronts, one w211 rear and one w220 rear (5mm higher offset) in the style of the wheels posted above. Get any of the following and have a set:
- w211 rear
- w211 front
- w220 rear
Or just make a "set" from what I've got. I'm not too far away. I can help with spacers and lugs if you want.

Yes. I live just a few miles south of Philadelphia, just North of the bridge you'd probably take to get to the NJ Turnpike.

I have a few more expensive sets of wheels that work on an r129 too.
