Mercedes '98 CL600 MECHANIC'S SPECIAL
Magnificent 1998 Mercedes-Benz CL-600 in need of some tender, loving care. The secondary air-injection system ports are clogged and it won't pass smog. The enclosed photos show an example cylinder head from a '97 SL-600. If the exhaust manifolds are removed, a paper clip, bent in a U-shape, can be hooked into the secondary air-injection ports and the carbon residue can be loosened and removed. It would require a talented mechanic to do this job, but the end result would be a magnificent Black Beauty V-12 powered Sunday driver.
The car is currently being driven daily, and has 132k miles. It's like riding on a BarcaLounger inside a bank vault. Exceptionally quiet and smooth and built like a tank. The original owner lived in (you guessed it) Atherton...
