Upper lip correct?

Upper are all the same except for Code 99 (black series)

Lowe lip (splitter) differs greatly between models and years.

I ve been eyeing this one for a while

It's a painted stick of plastic, and a strip of 3M, there is probably 10 bucks worth of material in it...

You can buy a factory one off SL65 for a grand, if that's a concern...

I got one a few years ago from Taiwan at $140 delivered and painted. As long as it is ABS plastic you are good. The one I got wanted me to give them the MB paint code and it got painted to match. It was/is perfect and the color is great. Not a single problem with it or the paint.

bayhas is correct, it is just a piece of shaped plastic and some 3M tape. Mine did come with some cleaning solutions to make sure that the tape would adhere correctly to the trunk. I wanted to make sure that it stayed on at the normal 170 MPH that I do on the highway!

Yep, cleaning and prepping is essential, as well as ambient temperature (and panel temp) needs to be above 70 degree, for proper adhesion...

I purchased my tail spoiler on eBay for $100, I had it professionally painted and installed it myself so all in $200.
