FS: 94 E320 wagon $3500 obo - Central PA
198,000 miles. Really nice condition despite the mileage. Timevalve stainless exhaust. Head gasket, wiring harness, rear suspension accumulators, and AC compressor all replaced at the dealer. (That's all the big stuff) Binder full of receipts dating back to my 2007 when I bought it with 98k.
2-tone green exterior, Parchment MB-tex. If you have the 1994 E class brochure, this is the color combination featured on the wagon in the brochure, which is also included. Third row seat, but this doesn't have the Premium 1 package, so no headlight wipers or heated seats. Because it's MB-Tex, the interior looks brand new. no rips, tears, or stains. No cracks on the dash, Wood is nice. Center console wood is starting to show small cracks in the clear finish.

*except the left rear window doesn't go down. Other than that, every little gizmo, lamp, and indicator works exactly as it should. Cold AC, hot heat, cruise works, even the little outside temperature indicator that never seems to work on these cars works correctly.
7 passenger with the third row seat. Roof rack cross bars, and a Curt class II hitch. (I put it on, and only towed a small sailboat a few times) Aftermarket JVC HD-radio CD player installed, but it was done without messing with the original harness, so the radio could be returned to stock. (I don't have the stock radio)
Starts, runs, and drives as it should. PA state inspection runs out November 2015 but I will have it inspected at the dealer prior to sale.
I'd drive it across the country without worry. That said, I'm not up for a check scam and would prefer to sell it to someone who hands me money in person.
Since 2007 it has been a third vehicle and has avoided snow and ice.
Cosmetic issues: bottom of front bumper cover is damaged/missing. Front license plate holder is cracked. Rear bumper cover insert is damaged. I have a replacement rear bumper cover and front plate holder, but both are gray plastic and need to be painted to match. My paint guy can't get to them until December, but I'm much more flexible on price if someone wants it as-is. (parts included)
All original steel, and the paint shines nicely. Lots of extras: Hexomats, carpet mats, manuals, bottles of fluids, filters, etc.
Will post pictures soon. Car is in York, PA 17402. An hour north of Baltimore.
Questions? Please ask. I'm seeing if there's any interest now. I plan to get the bumper covers painted and take some really nice pictures and list it locally, but until then - maybe an enthusiast is looking for exactly this car?
