FS Euro 1983 500SEC AMG
I am selling a few of my cars due to a job relocation again. I will be putting up a 1975 450SL also in the next week or so.
Just did the trip to Monterey Ca for Legends of the Autobahn and showed the car. It ran flawless for the 800 mile round trip.
Car was imported to California Long Beach port in 1986

Nice paint and body with no rust, car has been in California since it was imported in 1986.
Car was special order in Germany in 1983 as white car on black leather.
passed California smog with no problems, Registered until June 2016 Just paid renewal.
just had tune up with the correct NOS Bosch plugs, new delo oil with zinc treatment as usual.

4 New OEM AMG wheel center caps, these cost $50 each when you can get them from Mercedes,
Real ATS 5 spoke wheels AKA Penta’s 16x8 front, rare 16x9 rear. NEW Tires only have 4000 miles on them. Car was only driven 4000 miles in the last 2 years. with 4 new AMG center caps installed on the wheels.

Custom sound system with AMP in trunk but car was not cut in any way to damage original look. Sounds better them most home systems. I just took what they had done in the 80's and put in new amp as the old one was going bad, but you can have the old one also, put in new 4x6 Rockford fosgate speakers to replace the old sunbaked ones front and rear the tweeters in the door pockets are still good as were the woofers in back deck. Replaced the old head unit as it did not work with a nice Alpine.
New sway bar bushings front and rear installed, and many other new front end bushings replaced.
Clock works, Odometer works as it should.

AC needs charging and still is original R12 and has not be converted to R134. I have cans to recharge the system but my AC friend retired so I have no one to do it.
this is turn key, you can drive this cross country with no problem.
comes with a box full of extra parts, Euro Idle control boxes, Idle control valves, Euro EZL's, Stock OEM front seats, extra set of seat belt extenders. Also a complete set of New timing chain and rails with a new oem Mercedes tensioner new in box so you are ready when the next timing chain job is due.
