The nicest one I ever saw -- similar history to yours but only 52,000 miles and in perfect original condition in every way -- sold for $12,000. That was about two years ago, but I don't think the market for these has changed much since then. Based on that and the limited info here, I would ballpark it at $9500.

Thank you for your reply.
The vehicle has resided in the same garage for 35 years. My mother never drove in the rain and she didn't feel comfortable driving on the freeways so I wanted to see how well the car responded after someone got on it. I have posted a video from a 1/4 mile performance.
My father managed every service and gave me 35 years of every service record which is quite remarkable. Let me know if it worked and I will work on pics and pics of the records. There are too many to post but I will begin with 79 and mid 80, mid 90, 2000, 2015

Is it a regular 450 or a 6.9?

tough sell...

..fwiw, I haven't had any luck with my 69K mile, stock and original '76 SEL at $7.5K Canadian...it's in Astral Silver with blue leather, full service history.

Something to consider with these at this mileage..if the cam chain tensioner and guides haven't been replaced, it's time to do so...since I'm converting mine to a 300SDL I'm not too concerned, but still - at oil changes or after extended periods of sitting, it's a sound idea to prime the tensioner prior to startup by disconnecting the CPS wire at the ignition module, cranking over until oil pressure is up then reconnecting. The tensioners leak down, leaving the chain to flop around and shatter brittle aged plastic guides thus jamming up the works.

Cam oilers degrade at the same rate too, starving the cams of oil...

Just say no to sparkplugs[SIGPIC]
