8x16 or 8x17 wheels offset = Et 11 were specific for the W126 chassis.
Actually offsets between 10 and 25 should work well. Et means Einpresstiefe = offset.
Imo, the center dish of Lorinser RS80 or RS90 were better machined than AMG mono block. That's more obvious on chromed wheels and that warped clown mirror effect.
The W126 (your car pictured) forum has an announcement on top to show how to search the forum, and how to complete your profile with a location and car mod (Click 'User CP' on top). There is also a wheel thread.
A set of refinished and trued AMG mono block 1 will cost around $1500. Prices in Europe are higher.
If buying un refinished, painted silver is preferable with the AMG, as de chroming adds perhaps $70 per wheel to the cost of refinishing. That's what I could get it done for here, in other States / areas it might be as high as $100 ea. Then you have to add the cost of refinishing. Professionally de chrome, refinish & paint 7 - 800 a set of four. Re chroming will be even more. Plus the price you bought the wheels for.
Here is an older chrome set I sold. I think they went to TRUwheel (Mike) in North Hollywood for de chroming, fixing, and painted silver, before going to buyer.
