If shipping wheels w tires:
- round cardboard discs over north front and back of each wheel.
- tape them down with packing tape making X marks with tape loops that go over front and back of wheels making bands around the tires.
- FedEx ground (kinkos) one "package" for each wheel.
Shipping is not that bad typically. I've paid anywhere from $15 to $50 per wheel in the Continental US depending on the distance. It can cost up to $100 just to get tires removed and moved to another set of wheels.
My dream car is a classic sporty five speed (stick+overdrive) convertible that seats five. If, you want 70's-80's Mercedes tuner wheels, let me know.
