1995 e320 Estate (w124)

Hey Everyone,

Up for sale is my 1995 Mercedes e320 Estate (w124).

Ive had the car for almost a year now after purchasing it from a friend. Its been great but Ive come across something I have been looking for and now its time to let it go.

Currently the cars has 190k, no leaks, no issues, full service history. Car has been garage kept its whole life and is originally from California. Its currently at my friends shop getting work done, general maintenance stuff such as: Wheel bearings, axles, brakes, exhaust, gaskets, new hoses...ect.

Exterior: as far as paint goes the car is in pretty nice condition over all has a few dings here and there but nothing to make you do a double take.

Interior: Its pretty close to being perfect honestly, Seats are mint, carpets are clean, wood is all nice minus the gear surround.

Modifications.

Suspension: Front is on stock cut springs currently but I was in the process of getting e36 coils for it. Rear is on cut 500e rear springs with working SLS (selective Level Suspension)

Wheels: Currently on 17x8.5 17x10 CNT Racing Rs reps, Also come with two stock spares. But I have a set of BBS RT Lorinsers that I'm currently building that I can include for an added price.

Interior: Nardi wheel and OEM Hub, VIP passenger table, aftermarket head unit and a Bazooka Tube.

Asking $7000 OBO

If you have any questions about the car message me here or text me at 3013129251

Thank you for looking :alright

Chris

Here is a test fit of the RT's before I began rebuilding them

And here Is how they look currently in the process

FWIW I paid MUCH less for my 91 and it came with a 95 parts wagon...

Market value on these wagons is in the 2-3000 range for a nice example. I would deduct 1000 for the suspension work. It sucks I know but I'm realistic with the prices for these cars at the moment. I can't give my 5 speed W124 away

Just an observation:

The changes you've made to the suspension are probably scary to most MB owners, I believe. Not to mention that I don't think there is much of a market for slammed station wagons.

I can only imagine the things that are taking place in that multi-link rear suspension with the changes you've made, and I doubt they're good.

Otherwise, it's a nice looking wagon, and I'm a former wagon guy so I feel comfortable saying that. It's just the changes you have made make it scary looking. I can't imagine it can be driven at highway speeds safely like that - heaven forbid you come across a speed bump in the parking lot!

If you could return it to stock I believe it would sell quickly.

GLWS,

Dan

I recently passed up a very clean wagon with 149k miles owned by a vet's wife in Texas and it was half the price. It was not slammed, but in like new condition.
The bottom line is that even at $6k the car is overpriced.

The market has spoken. FWIW I would have taken $3700 and been very happy if I was selling.
