It actually does look like the curbing has all been cleaned up.

When somebody has to have something just right, it often seems that they'd be willing to pay the extra to have them just right. That's been my experience anyway. Lots of us on this board are very frugal, but there are also lots of people that seem to spare no expense.

My dream car is a classic sporty five speed (stick+overdrive) convertible that seats five. If, you want 70's-80's Mercedes tuner wheels, let me know.

It is an unusual colour, so depending on what duco you have it may require them to be soda blasted back to metal and re-painted in silver with machined lips and then your are talking $250 per wheel
This is my British Penta 9" rears in silver with polished lips as a comparison done professionally by a rim shop for $250 per wheel

The Kerb rash was very minor, so was an easy fix for my repair shop in the UK, and yes these were purchased as 2 square sets, 1 set of 9's and 1 set of 8's to make 2 staggered sets, the reason i havnt diamond cut or polished the lips, is simply because of the very bad weather in the UK, you would get 12 months out of them and then they would need re finishing again, keeping on top of polished wheels is a real issue in the UK.
