So if I am understanding you correctly, you have a US-spec 240D that smoke when you start it, 250,000 miles, faded paint, non-working A/C, some visible rust, and are located in a rather inconvenient location for people to come see it (Clearlake isn't on anyone's ride home). I like the look of the car. GLWS. My personal recommendation would be to advertise it on CL also... At least then you will attract local buyers. If the car has aluminum wheels under the hubcaps you might want to keep those and put on some Bundts or steelies...
