Yeah, the C-pillar seat belts are pretty critical, the C-pillar panel itself I think is the same just with a hole cut out. I'm trying to think of what other parts are part of the swap - I've been through this maybe 3 times... There are lots of little plastic gizmos that the seat folds into that you want (if you have the chance to get the parts).
JG Francis bought a setup from me, he had it removed in less than an hour but he had done it many times. I could remove it that fast, but probably not install it that fast. I remember it being heavier than one would think. Maybe about 90 pounds... ?
