Yes I've been hesitant to sell it on not.
Wanted to put it trough restoration my self but have been very busy past few years and was moving around too much, that I can't get my hands on it, and seems like will not for next few years. Then thought that if I sell it right now, then I might never be able to find one in the future. Right now it just sits in the shop.
Engine runs, but need complete rehaul, definitely need complete cylinder head job. Also wanted to install new performance pistons and rings. Coil, spark plug wires and distributor cap, timing chain and tensioner have 30K.
Water pump almost new, has about 4k on it.
Still has original hydraulic rear suspension.
Front shocks are also new have about 2K on them.
Clutch master cylinder has about 15K, and still have slave in hand but haven't changed it, which leaks.
Clutch it self I believe was never changed.
Fuel Pump and Filter has about 40K,
Front strut mounts have about 40K
Rear control arm to knuckle bushings have 15K on them.
Tie rods have 30K on them.
Driver side rear wheel bearing has about 20K, but remaining definitely need to be replaced.
Front disk brakes have about 20K
Rear front sub frame bushings have about 5K on them.
Transmission (manual) shifts good, but I believe was never serviced.
Hydraulic pump seals were changed and doesn't leak, except seeps a little at pressure line connection.
Windows work fine,
Seats were working, but last time I got in both seats didn't work, gotta check some fuses.
Rear shelf is missing, was planing to make new with a leather or suede finish but never got to it, actually did made a leather shelf in the past but didn't like it (some pictures in the older posts of mine).
Did window tint on rear side and rear windshield, glass was actually removed to do a quality tint, which runs all the way to the edges.
Will need new paint job. Those bullet hole looking spots are actually dents that have some rust on them, these dents are located on both sided of the tail. The spare tire area showing some rust, and also little bit around the spoiler, other than that car is not rusty.
Title is clean, but I checked the carfax, in around 1995 it had some accident, and seems like car was painted all around except roof, since roof was not painted, original paint faded out. Inside, dash is as expected is cracked, and previous owner glued plastic cover on top of it. Rear seats are in good condition, also right passenger seat seems to be in good condition except one thorn from when my dad was getting in to a car with something sharp inside his back pocket, was thinking just to give it to leather shop to stitch it up. Driver seat has crack and thorn.
Since its more in a "project" condition, looking to get around $4K.
My company is planing to move in around march/april, so at this point am very inclined to sell. But after move, not sure what will happen. I travel to DC and north east (Richmond, DC, Baltimore, also in PA state, and some North Carolina areas) often and can drop the car if needed in these areas.
