Up for sale is a black 1988 300CE with chrome 17" AMG Monoblock II wheels, in excellent condition, with brand new Falken rubber. The car has been well taken care of and always garaged and has never been in an accident. It has a new battery, tires, spark plugs, and head gasket. Freshly changed transmission oil and there's also a spare Monoblock to throw into the deal. Engine and tranny are strong and operate just as they should. Absolutely no leaks or smoking and shifts smoothly. Euro spec head lights w/ clear corners and red/clear tails. For a 26 year old car, the interior (Grey) is immaculate, literally an 8-9/10. No cracks/tears in the seats and no cracks on any plastic components, ie. rear speaker panels. Only problems on the interior is that the passenger seat belt arm does not extend automatically and the odometer stopped at 153,584 about a year ago. It has been driven less than 1000 miles since. I say 1000 only to round up on the safe side but it's closer to 500. Passenger carpet has a stain. Slightly lowered on Eibach springs with Bilstein struts rides very smooth yet sporty with absolutely no rubbing. The body is in great shape and only has a minor ding on the driver front fender lip that is nearly noticeable. The exterior was originally the black/grey two tone but the grey has been painted black.
We all know how well these cars perform when they are well taken care of and despite it's minor and reasonable glitches, this is a perfect example. I've been dealing with strictly W124 & W126 coupes for 7 years now and this CE is truly a gem. The vehicle is in the Seattle area.
