Wow, I may not be a grey car person, but that's beautiful. I'm assuming that there is not damage to the engine? In other words, if I replaced the oil pan, it should run fine...right? Is there any other damage underneath?

For $19.9k. I can live without distronic.

PS, nice Raptor in the background. Great trucks.

What's your location?
Other than the hole in the pan, what's wrong with the motor? I take it internal parts went flying through the pan?

I'd strongly suggest checking out the motor. It is rare indeed a car gets a hole in the oil pan while parked and a motor goes about 2 seconds without oil before there is major internal wear-damage.
Since a used V12 BiTurbo will run you about $12K if lucky, not counting installation, there's a lot at stake.
The W215 CL65 is a super car, but in OEM form they bring low $30s. Sometimes less.
This is one a person definitely needs to look at in person. And if you can't start it you can't check many other aspects of it too.

Thanks for the info guys. I believe the motor is damaged. the KBB stated around 40K for trade in minus the cost of motor damage I figure 19.9K is a fair number. I've read many forums and never hear of this v12 blowing up. Does anyone repair them or do we have to go for used? and my location is Pa.

There is a used [30k miles] motor on ebay for $20k...an 80k motor is still over $10k and the install cost on this has to be significant. The other problem is that any indy shop will not guarantee the used motor on a job like this. If the ebay seller does warranty the motor, if there is something wrong with the used motor, you are going to have to pay to take it back out...I can't see how this would ever pay. If the oil pan holed from road debris, virtually any insurance company would total the car....
