I have my 2005 Mercedes E320 CDI that I have decided to sell. Bought car to commute 110 miles a day for the last year. New job will finally have me closer to home. Will go back to another older diesel as my daily driver. I am the second owner of car and she runs and drives as it should. Dramatic difference in comfort, torque and get up and go in comparison to the older Benz's.
Its super clean and I searched for over a year to find the right one. Most maintenance and repairs can still be done on the CDI's but its not as easy as cars before 1996.
The was one of the last years of the straight inline 6 Cylinder common rail injection and second to the last year before the V-6 BLUTEC. The car has delivered up to 40MPG on the highway and a steady 34-36 around town and highway mix. Car is super clean and has been meticulously maintained by 2 owners. Garage kept since day one. Mint condition! All maintenance records on file which includes using only genuine OEM parts. Meticulous records from day 1! Car came factory filled with Mobil 1 Synthetic ESP 5W40 and all subsequent changes have used the same oil. Car has 160K.
Recent maintenance includes,
Transmission fluid change with MB OEM 236 oil and factory filter, Updated harness adapter (source of most tranny leaks) Mann fuel and air, Synthetic Rear Dif Fluid, water pump (Graff/Italy) and all new INA Idlers with Conti-tech belt. There was no record of the water pump being changed at 150K so I decided to play it safe. This also included factory flush of cooling system with correct MB fluid. Cars comes loaded like many CDI's which would include, Moonroof, Factory Harman Kardon Navigation/ Stereo(2014 Update), Factory Bluetooth, Heated leather seats as well as electronic rear and side sunshades. Car runs and drives as new and delivers big car ride and comfort. Comes with all records ,two keys, Case of Mobile 1 ESP, and owners manual. Price is $11,500 .
