1985 123D Parting out (Pa.)
Hey there members,Michael here.
I have an 85 123D that I am parting out due to being hit in passenger side front corner.
Being new to this forum (just joined) I have been checking around for a good place to list this car without having to deal with too many C.L. folks.Being a (shhh..) Toyota person myself,I have been selling, bartering and shipping parts for many years and to many countries.I do accept Paypal (or cash in person) and have been shipping via FedEx as well as meeting up with folks.
Having just acquired this car off of a friend of mine (for the turbo diesel motor) who has pretty much given up on it.I always believe there is something of use on everything!
The car: 4/1985 Mercedes-Benz 123D
Transmission is gone and Motor is..already spoken for.
It is much easier for me to deal with Details/Photos and Payment information via private email conversations. So please send me your email (or PM me) if requesting any personal information.I will post any and all photo requests as well as any details as accurate as possible.
The car is a grey 4 door with tan interior (very nice condition). All the exterior panels (other than passenger side fender and hood) are basically rust free and complete.
As unfamiliar as I am with these cars,I am expecting reasonable offers on these parts as I will be the one filling the orders and shipping items.I am definitely open to fair offers and would like to see folks get what they are looking for at reasonable prices. This (unless another diesel falls on my lap) will be the only Benz that I will be parting,So I don't have a yard full of parts (...Mercedes anyway). The time limit l'm looking at is around 30-60 days until it is recycled.
Hope to hear from some of you and look forward to doing some business. Please bare with me when you are asking details on specific parts as this is my first Benz ever...and who knows..talk to you soon.
Michael (from Pa.)
Best case scenario: Parting out the interior before any of the doors due to the condition of the interior and lack of indoor storage.
AS of posting I am keeping the Motor and associated parts (for conversion) and the gauges in the dash.
