What a welcome mat! I'm trying to morph myself from an audi to a merc enthusiast, but site stalkers like green t are not helping. So who cares if I am trying to make a buck? The money from the sale of one car is bookmarked for the other. I wanted to add a nice original amg body kit and wheels to the one I keep. Again, I don't know why I keep trying to explain myself to you people. I do however appreciate the part of texfinn's response that is actually helpful in describing the type of buyer here, which you know more about than I do since I'm new to using this site. So for that, I thank you. I assume I have to repost this car to give it a chance to sell. I'd appreciate if green t would sit back in his parents basement and leave my posts be. Helpful advise would be appreciated as to what's a better price you think I should be looking for... etc

Nice looking W126. You're probably a little optimistic on the price for this environment, as with any enthusiast web site I can assure you you're going to be lowballed left and right.

For the price range you're asking I would suggest either Craigslist or better yet, eBay.

People seem to enjoy paying what some might consider exorbitant prices for things on eBay, old Mercedes' included. I can see you getting $7k for this car on eBay easy, especially if you put the auction together with lots of information and pictures. The car looks like it presents very well.
