EPC lists the part number as being A 126 400 07 02, which for the US market is common only to the early 107 cars, w109 .018 which is a 300 SEL 6.3, and a W116 450 SE/SEL. Of those the only common car is the W116. They are available new from Mercedes for $250 - $329 depending on the dealer. Used they should not be terribly expensive as the W116 cars were fairly plentiful. There are none on ebay right now (that I can find) but I also suspect that it is a sufficiently undesirable wheel that few people are going to list it.
Given that the tire size for your car is a 205/70/14 you could easily go to a 6" wheel and not have problems. If you do that you can consider lots more Mercedes steel wheels as well as the mercedes aluminum wheels that take the full wheel cover (so it looks like it's a steel wheel with a hubcap). That saves a bunch of weight. (contact me if you want to buy some expensive aluminum wheels that take hubcaps).
As for hubcaps, ebay is pretty good. Early hubcaps are steel that are chromed, later ones are stainless steel. The later ones are easier to get scratches out of and polish.
If you are someone who goes to self-service auto dismantling, you want to be looking for a 450 SEL or a 450 SE to find the steel 6.5" wheels used.
