ET 22 vs W140??

They have that great "old school" Mercedes look. Made in Germany. I am near Los Angeles and don't need the winter tires anymore. I prefer to sell them locally, but if the buyer pays the actual shipping/handling, I will consider shipping them at buyer's cost.

$500 + actual shipping.
Nice set of wheels, just a comment to perhaps help a purchaser, are you sure these ET22 wheels where taken off a W140?

I thought the 140's had a very high ET requirement--upper 40's maybe lower 50's with that width rim...

They still might fit an S class though, a W126 the earlier generation S class would have et's in the teens and low 20's.

I would caution any 140 owner about the need for an et near 50.

In addition the tires on those rims are also tires that would fit a 126 @ about 25.7" tire diameter. A 140 16" rim would take a 235/60 16 which has a diameter of about 27 inches. That's a big tire size difference, that would throw the speedo calibration off.

Don't mean to say anything bad about the wheels, like I said they are a nice style and your price seems fair.

Just thought you may have meant they came off a W126 instead.

All that being said, GLWS...
