WTD: 77 Mercedes-Benz 280E EGR valve (gasoline)

New M-B owner!
I'm trying to locate a reasonably priced 1977 Mercedes-Benz 280E gasoline EGR valve.
I'm told they are obsolete but were/are made by Pierburg and I have located the following part numbers: A 0001405860, 000-140-58-60, MB000-140-58-60. I'm not sure which P/N is the most relevant.
Any info anyone might have would be appreciated.
Thanks!
