I've had enough! I have a 84 380SE that refuses to run. It sat parked outside for approx. 7 years. Over the past year, I've changed the fuel pump, filter, accumulator, pump relay, fuel distributor, new injectors, plugs, wires, and spark control module. The latest problem I solved was the fuel line return line, but apparently trying to start it with the return line plugged threw the replacement out of calibration. I know the engine is good, since last fall I had it running for about 2-3 minutes with no bad noises.
So now it's time to stop being frustrated and let it go. The body and interior are both pretty nice and the wheels and tires are both good. I paid $1500 and have over $500 more invested in parts (plus a LOT of time!). I think it's close to running, but have thought so in the past! I'd love to get back my $1500, but will take less to move it on. The car does have a clear title in my name.

or call me at (920) 382-1063 (Central Wisconsin) between 4:30 and 9:30 p.m. CDT or on weekends. If not sold, I'll be taking it to a swap meet to sell the weekend of 9/7. I will also consider American trades. Then, if not sold, it may become an "executive hot rod" and get a Ford 429 over the winter!
