There's a head gasket change at some point on the M130E I think and the M130V is a different animal entirely. Is motor carb'd or fuel injected?
Between the 3rd & 4 plugs is a casting number and also an "e" followed by a number. That last one is the compression ratio. What are the numbers on yours?
Lastly, pretty much any head you get will need to reviewed carefully by a competent machinist, somebody that does benz engine work regularly. The head may need milling on one or both surfaces. It may already be milled too far to be usable.
