Well, all points of view are understood. Quoting edmunds or offering $2200 is not realistic for this car in its condition. I thought I can sell it quicker here than somewhere else. Thanks for all replies and suggestions I guess I am better of selling elsewhere.
Put it on eBay. A lot of the times people will try to get a nice car for next to nothing (happens here a lot). I've seen clean examples of CEs going for $10,000 or more, but they take time to sell, and sometimes don't sell. It's all about what the market will bear, and waiting for the right buyer. You also need to show your car really is worth that much. Lots of photos, documentation of regular maintenance, etc., all benefit you as a seller.
Don't look for a quick sale, because all you will get, are offers based off the "retail" value. Btw, the same individuals who try to buy below that value, often try to sell their own cars above that; they state that Edmunds, NADA, KBB, are all full of crap as their reasoning.
It just all depends on the situation
