F/S EXTENDED LUG BOLTS PLUS EXTRA CAPS.

COMPLETE SET (MINUS ONE) OF EXTENDED LUG BOLTS PLUS FIFTEEN EXTRA CAPS. GREAT FOR THOSE THAT WANT THEIR ALLOY WHEELS TO AVOID THAT SUNKEN LOOK OF SHORTER NON OEM BOLTS. EXTRA CAPS ARE A BONUS AS THESE GO MIA FROM TIME TO TIME. $ 100 SHIPPED IN THE USA.

I may be mistaken but those look like the ones that MB discontinued because of problems with the extended shank breaking. When that happens you have to drill them out. That is the reason the shorter bolts bolts are used to replace them.

Yes, I know these are the problematic ones but there are members/owners who still swear by them because they allow you to retain the stock look. Surely not everyone's kettle of fish but they weren't meant to be.

Interestingly enough I have one extra bolt to complete this set. But I only need 4 to complete mine.
And now I'm considering switching back to "short" bolts...
