I will check and see what the dealer here says. In the past however they have sold everything to me at msrp + pricing structure...VW dealer does the same (they are same corp.)
Not to be a smart-aleck, but have you ever asked for a discount?
I pay wholesale at my local dealer. How? I went to the parts manager one day and explained that I was going to spend several thousand dollars annually on parts, and given the choice, would prefer to spend it with his dealership. In doing so, I asked for some kind of a discount for my loyalty as a customer.
He offered me wholesale pricing, and from that day on I have, for the most part, purchased from the dealer.
I have a couple of Ford Focuses in the corral that my kids drive. I was at the Ford dealer last week to buy a rear hub and drum assembly, as they are almost the same price between a retail auto parts store and the dealership. I asked them if they would extend a discount to me, as I had both cars serviced there and would prefer to buy my parts there as well.
I now pay wholesale for my Ford parts, too.
I realize that not all dealers will be as accommodating, but if you are polite and make a case for why you would like a discount, I think most will give you something.
Doesn't hurt to ask....
