Cool Spare Tire 5x112

Looking for a spare tire, a 14" Bundt style rim with a tire (or not) that i can use as a spare for my 82 300D. Will buy any other single wheel / rim with 5x112 bolt pattern. PM if you got it , Thanks!

You probably mean 14" bundt. These are a dime a dozen. Any junkyard that has older Mercedes should have this. You can also use a steel wheel for the spare but it will take different lug bolts. REALLY common wheel used for many year on many cars 1973 - 1985 ish. All Mercedes from 1960s through ? are 5 x 112. (except maybe the 600)

Currently: 1967 250 SL, 1963 220Sb, 1965 300SE Lang, 1971 280SE parts car, 1972 Alfa GTV, 1965 Alfa Duetto, 1993 BMW R100R
Past: 1971 250 C, 1985 300 TD, 1967 250 S, 1968 280 S,1981 300 D, 1982 280CE, 3 Facel Vegas, Borgward Isabella Coupe, Alfa 2600 Sprint, Volvo P1900 (yes), numerous less interesting Volvos, ...

I mean that the steel wheels take one type of lug bolt. The Bundt wheels take a different type of lug bolt. Different length (probably), different tapered seat where it meets the wheel. Same thread pitch. Some cars came with 4 bundt wheels on the ground and a steel spare. In those instances, the spare came with a set of 5 lug bolts for steel wheels.

PM Fonzi. I am almost certain he has a spare single bundt and he is not too far from you.
