For sale is my 1991 190E 2.6 *sigh*
This is my daily. I have had this car for about 2 years. My grandfather was the previous owner for years, and it was his DD until he started daily-ing his 300E.
I really do not want to get rid of my 190, however, I will be moving from coast to coast this summer - and have to make some sacrifices.
My car has about 364,000 miles.
I have 2 Mercedes-Benz high mileage awards. (Will post pics of them tomorrow.)
The transmission was rebuilt last summer by Aamco of Longwood, FL - they specialize in Mercedes transmissions, and do transmission work for Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the area. (I have paperwork for the work done totaling about $2,800, and will post a pic of it tomorrow.)
Transmission is still under warranty.
The car has a new drive shaft, flex disks in the front and rear, and new transmission mounting hardware.
I had tie rod ends, and a steering link replaced a few months back. (Will also provide paperwork on that.)
New bosal muffler.
I had the serpentine belt done about 3 months ago. (Can provide paperwork.)
The interior is in pretty good shape. The only real imperfection in the seats would be the hole on the drivers seat. (As seen in the pics.)
Body is really straight. Could use a good buffing.
This would be a great project car, parts car, or daily if you didn't mind its minor quirks.
I love this car, and don't have to sell it. But it would be easier to move without it.
I am asking $3000 for it.
I wouldn't mind parting the car out.
However, I would not like to sell small parts off the car until someone picked up the engine and/or trans.
Car is located right outside Orlando, FL.
