Selling my Mercedes Benz 300E W124, this car is in excellent condition and has been very well cared for and maintained. Runs, drives, and shifts very smoothly. I am the 3rd owner and it currently has only 128,000 miles, very low for this year and only a fraction of what these cars are capable of. Maintenance is up to date and has always been on schedule with regular oil changes using Mobil 1 every 3k miles and never anything less than 92 octane gasoline. Included with the car is a large file of service records and receipts dating back to the original dealership invoice.
Some of the most recent service items (all OEM Mercedes parts):
-oil/filter change in last 200 miles
-new brake discs and rotors all around
-new Bosch cap, rotor, and plugs
-new EHA valve
-new OVP relay
-new coolant level sensor
-new headlight control knob
-all new ceramic fuses
-sunroof serviced and lubricated
-many new bulbs, switches, relays, etc.
This is a model year 1990 with the 3.0l 6-cylinder and automatic transmission, I get 20-26 mpg. Exterior is "Black Pearl Metallic" (dark grey) with black genuine full leather interior and zebrano wood trim, other options/features include srs airbag, abs brakes, power seats, power door locks, power windows, power sunroof, power heated mirrors, retractable rear headrests, cruise control, automatic climate control, etc. And everything works, all windows, every bulb, A/C blows cold and heat blows hot. Interior and leather were maintained using Leather Masters products and protected with Aerospace 303 and thus looks pretty much new, no deep cracks or tears in the seats.
There are numerous upgrades on this car including full glass German-spec Hella headlights, European dark amber turn signals, genuine Remus exhaust, Bosch 94/95 upgraded taillights, Mercedes-Benz OEM carpeted floor mats, E320 wheels, OEM mud guards set (front guards also included), OEM center console storage box, fully Dynamat'd trunk and spare tire well, K&N air filter, etc. I have all stock parts that were replaced as well if interested. In addition the audio system was fully upgraded by previous owner to German-made MB-Quart speakers and tweeters, JL audio amplifier and subwoofer, and Sony head unit with CD and Aux/iPod input, all professionally installed and sounds excellent.
This 300E was bought new at Mercedes Benz of Calabasas and spent the first ten years of its life in California, as a result this car has zero rust and much of the underbody and suspension components still look new. Unfortunately the sun has not been kind to the paint and the clear coat has peeled on the roof and trunk and is starting on the hood. Also from the sun, and very minor but for full disclosure; the stitching is coming apart near the top of the rear seat back and I think the drivers side fender may have been repainted at some point, perhaps a small fender bender or repaired scratch.
CAR IS SOLD! Thanks everyone
