Vito 112CDI cutting out.

Hi all! The problem ive got all started from changing my fuel filter. An easy job in itself as ive done it plenty of times before with no problems what so ever. After changing the filter this time I noticed air in the line which didnt clear after twenty mins on tick over. After replacing all the clear fuel pipes for new ones and replacing all o rings I finally found a cracked fuel pipe which was only drawing air in and not letting fuel out (fuel returns pipe) which made it hard to find. Now I have a completely bubble free fuel rail but the engine struggles to fire. Once its fired it runs as it should and doesnt cut out. If you turn it off after say a minute of running it will not fire again until it has cooled down, not that its up to running temp. If I decide to drive it ill maybe get half a mile down the road and it will cut out, the edc light will come on and will not start again.

Now I know your all thinking we've talked this to the death and yes ive had a really good look around this site and read a lot on this subject but I need any help you can give. Ive double checked the work ive done and carried out everything recommended on here. If I could drive it to get the codes read I would but I wouldnt get there without a break down. Please help
