Talking FS - 1976-300D, 1978-240D & 1984-300SD

For sale three MBs individually or as a package; *make a reasonable offer*. All three are located in Houston, Texas.

My father was a collector of sorts when it came to MB. He was diesel mechanic for all of his adult life working on marine application engines, including MB engines. Well Dad's battle with cancer came to an end earlier this year and we are not selling his mini-collection.

The 1976 is a 300D, he always told us that it was one of the few that was actually built in Stugartt, Germany and shipped to the US. It's a 4-door sedan, White exterior with black interior. Engine: Diesel 5-cylinder, 3.0L, engine model OM617; Transmisson: 4-speed automatic; Original miles: 63, 114
Clear title; Options: Sunroof; Includes Original Owners manual; VIN: W115.114 12-0401xx. Dad had plans to fix this one up to give to my brother, but he never made it farther than putting it up on blocks. It was running before he put it on blocks. Currently it does not have a battery. The exterior is in good condition with some minor surface rust, besides being very dusty. The interior is in fair to good condition.

The 1978 is a 240D, this was my grandfather's that he bought new and then later gave to my Dad. It's a 4-door sedan, White with Olive interior; Engine: Diesel 4-cylinder, 2.4L; Transmission: 4-speed automatic; Original Miles: 47,671; Clear title; Includes original owner's manual and original medical kit.
VIN: 123.123 12-0835xx. The car was in a small fender bender and Dad had to replace the hood (hence, the black hood), there are also some small areas of surface rust. The interior is not in the best condition, the upholstery would need to be redone on the front seats. Dad stopped using it because of the upholstery problem, but it was running at that time about 1 year ago.

The 1984 is a 300SD. It's a 4-door sedan, Navy Blue with tan interior; Engine: Diesel 5-cylinder, 3.0L; Transmission: 4-speed automatic; Miles: 211,062 (we suspect that the odometer is not working); Clear title; Options: Power windows, power seats and sun roof, and cruise control; includes original owner's manual; VIN: WDBCB 20A8EA 0155xx; The exterior paint has some sun damage, but no rust or dents. The interior: the front seats have cracks in the upholstery. The stereo was stolen from the car. Was running before Dad got too sick to drive in mid-2011.

I will post a few pictures soon and can send more upon request.

We can not deliver any of these vehicles, they are sold as is where is. We can work with you if you hire a shipping company.
