1991 300TE 121k Miles Super Clean

I am in the process of determining the retail value of my wagon as I plan to sell it. I was hoping someone could give me an idea.

It is white with blue MB Tex (non-heated) which is in excellent condition. I have put on around 6000 miles since February 2012 and hate to sell it but my job changed and I commute part of the week to and from Rochester, MN from Madison, WI so I need a AWD wagon and looking for a later model 4matic. I am the second owner. The first owner took excellent care of it, garaged it, never drove it in snow (he is from Iowa and bought it as a loaner from North Dakota MB dealer) and serviced it on a regular and consistent basis at the same dealer. He later serviced it at a local import shop until he sold it to his local Chevy dealer ( his longtime salesperson) where I found it after looking for a long time. He was unable to drive any longer and was moving into a nursing home. It has 121XXX original miles and is very clean and tight. The motor is strong. The transmission is without leaks and is original and shifts the way it should. The suspension is tight and the rear air suspension is without leaks. The paint is original and in very good condition. There are some surface dings on passenger side door and molding. The original owner was an elderly man who parked his other car on the right side of the MB and had a hard time getting in/out, hence the dings. No known damage history. No body rust. It has the original 15 inch wheels in very good condition with tires that are 90%. The full spare is in very good condition and has a tire that is around 60-70%. I just had the water pump, radiator and drive belt replaced, all OE. It has a fresh valve cover gasket and oil change. The exhaust from the cat back is new (aftermarket). I had to have it replaced out-of-town at a local exhaust shop as it broke between the resonator and muffler and needed to get home so exhaust is not OE. It looks nice. The tail pipe exits on the right and not left. Everything works except the radio (original Becker) that works intermittently. It will need brakes front 30% and rear 20% soon. The window switch on the right, rear passenger side is loose but works. There is a 4 inch crack in the wood near the window switches. The dash is without cracks and is excellent condition. The carpets are clean and it has the original MB mats front and rear and they are in good condition. The sliding roof works as it should. Power locks, seats and windows work as they should.

This is a very nice original car that has a ton of life left. No stories.

I will post some pictures soon. I appreciate your input. Please send questions as I am sure I missed something.

My guess...$2500-$5000 depending on level of effort put into sale.

I am too biased to guess reasonably, so take my guess with a grain of salt.
