FS: 300D Turbo - SoCal (LA OC IE area)

Anyone in the So-Cal, LA area interested? Gotta let my 300D go as parts carÖ..$600, well worth for the parts value. Itís a two tank WVO converted with Greasecar.com kit

Here's a previous thread:
http://www.benzworld.org/forums/w123...y-300d-go.html

I have finally decided to let my 1985 300DT go. It has been parked for about a year due to a transmission failure. It starts and can move in 1st gear & reverse at the time I parked it. I was going to get the tranny rebuilt but at the cost of $1800, I have other expenses to take care of and need to let some projects go.

The car had some work before tranny gave out.
A/C & Cooling system (radiator & hoses)
Glow plugs
Alternator
Removal of Trap Oxidizer (engine breathes better)
Has a Greasecar kit installed
Service records available since 2005 when I bought it

Paint is faded silver with some minor dents. Interior is decent at 6.5/10

I would let the car go as is. Registration is current (not salvaged) and can be road worthy with a transmission. Itís a decent daily driver that served me well during my 110 mile daily drives. I would probably only keep the stereo and speakers to use in my other car.

Iím asking $800 obo, well worth if it turns out to be a parts car. Ask any questions you may have. Car is in Chino, CA
